Today we did progress measurements on one of our personal training clients who has been putting in some serious work both in the gym AND in the kitchen.
Consistently over the past 4.5 weeks, she has been lifting heavier weights (4x/week) on a progressive training program including squats and dead lifts, coupled with short, 25 min metabolic conditioning sessions (2x/week).
