Suppleness defines flexibility and mobility of the athlete’s body.

Speed defines how fast the athlete can accomplish a specific task.
Strength
Strength is the athlete’s ability to produce a force.
Stamina
Stamina is the athlete’s local or global endurance ability.
Structure
Structure is the athlete’s size, shape and somatotype.
Spirit
Spirit represents the athlete’s psychological preparedness.
Style
Styles is s subset of skill: and defines how the athlete expresses a skill.
