At Primal Human Performance, our personal training programs, like all of our programs, are founded on the principles of anatomy, physiology and exercise science that dictate the possibilities of the human performance. Our programs are founded on fact, not fiction or fallacies. That’s why they work. There is no fluff, filler or crap. We won’t tell you it’ll be easy. Because it won’t be. But it will be simple.
Our Primal Personal Training programs are geared to get you working either one-on-one or two-on-one (partner program) with our performance coaches to increase your strengths, diminish your deficits and build your ultimate body, while improving your health at the same time.
Whether you’re looking to tone up, bulk up or just lose the spare tire from your midsection (or anywhere else!), we can help you get there. Safely, efficiently, and in the shortest time possible.
One-on-One Training
Primal One-on-One training is for those of you who are looking for the most personalized training available. In this program, you’ll work individually with one of our Performance Coaches for an hour at a time. During your session, you will have your coaches undivided attention. Your Performance Coach will take you through a challenging yet effective session built around your goals, that will leave you feeling energized and ready to take on the world. With consistent training and dedicated nutrition work, you’ll soon see an incredible change in not only your physique, but in your confidence.
Partner Training
Primal partner training is for those people who are looking for a very personalized training program that they can do with a partner, be it a friend, a family member or a significant other. By sharing a performance coach for the same hour, this allows for a significant reduction in the cost per session without any compromise in the quality of the programming or the amount of individualized attention you’ll each receive.
Our coaches will take both you and your training partner through a challenging yet effective session build around each of your individual goals. That’s right. We still refuse to put everyone through cookie cutter training programs that don’t work for everyone. Each individual trainee will still have their program design based on their own personal assessment. It just makes sense.
Your partner training sessions, just like our one on one training, will leave you both feeling energized and ready to take on the world. With consistent training and dedicated nutrition work, you’ll both soon see an incredible change in not only your physique but in your confidence.
Group Training
Have you wondered how professional and university sports teams were able to have dozens to hundreds of athletes trained at a very high level by a coaching staff of just a few people?
We’ve taken this one step further by taking the same concept but making it more personalized. Primal Group Training, with it’s phenomenal results, will redefine the group training landscape in the GTA.
As with all Primal programs, the principles of anatomy, physiology and exercise science will be followed. However, under the masterful watch of our performance coaches, our group programs will take on a life of their own.
The sum is greater than the parts.
This is true of most things in life and holds true for group training. Each individual in the group will bring their primal energy into the mix. A major summation of that energy will take place and each person will push and challenge themselves to new heights. New friendships will be forged. Motivation and inspiration will abound. ultimate performance will be achieved. You will be an integral part of your own primal team.
Who is group training for?
Group training is for those people who thrive on the companionship of others and are willing to teach and be taught. It’s for those people looking for a supportive, encouraging environment where others in the group will push them to achieve their true potential. It’s for those people who flourish in a team environment while seeking incredible results. Rest assured, you’ll still receive top-notch coaching and instruction, just in a group setting.
PRIMAL 6
This group training is comprised of a minimum of 4, and a maximum of 6 participants, which has two major benefits:
- One, the program cost is significantly decreased when compared to our primal personal or partner training programs, but the quality is unchanged.
- And two, the small numbers allow for effective coaching ratios and technique cuing, which are imperative for incredible results.
Rest assured that each group member, as always, will still receive an individualized assessment and have their program designed on the results of their specific assessment. We still don’t believe in using cookie cutter or one size fits all programming, even in our Primal group programs.
